From the document, dated on April 2nd,1688 we can teach about the Albanian mountaineers fight against Sulejman Pasha of Shkodra in Medun. The Turkish pasha came down from Podgorica noisily, burning and killing the innocent, but at Medun fortress, encountered the armed resistance northerners. The fighting lasted until midnight and the defeated Pasha, left on the field of fighting nine flags, three drum and many killed and wounded.
