2 March of 1997 marks a black day for our nation. Our country was destroyed, the weapons depots were detonated from the civilian population and everybody in Albania was arming, the state and the country were conquered by anarchy. The law was made by the armed gangs who robbed what they could, the towns and villages were destroyed, also the economies and finances.
