Sulejman Delvina’s government, on July 2nd, 1920, called on all Albanians to help the Vlora war against Italian invaders. “What is happening there, said in a call, with such a great kingdom, proclaims to the world that the Albanian nation is the master of the sovereign of the ruler on earth, and in his own Albania.”
