In Genoa, Italy, on August 2, 1848, was born the prominent Italian-Albanian personality, originating from Durres, Xhiokomo Filippo Durrazzo, Marquis of Xl of Gabianos and of the Holy Roman Empire, Kont of Montalda and the Kuarant, Baron Frigano Pikolos. As long as he was alive, he kept the high order of the “Labor Cavalry of the Italian Kingdom”.
