Esat Pashë Toptani
On 17th September 1914, was signed in Nish, the first agreement between Esat Pashë Toptani and the government of Serbia. This agreement had 15 articles; the article 7 was about the common custom, the common defense, the common representation to other countries and for the common communication tools.
