On June 17, 1815, he was born in Shkodra, Dasho Shkreli, the valiant warrior against Ottoman invaders and Montenegrin chauvinists, for the national liberation and preservation of the country’s territorial integrity. He was a craftsman, but during the anti-Ottoman uprising that erupted in Shkodra in 1835, he commanded courageously and skillfully as a leader. At the top of his cetacean, he participated in the battle of the Shpata Castle, against the Montenegrin forces in June 1840, where he was killed with his brother Sefen.
