The engineer and soldier Dhimiter Despoti was born on July 15, 1907. He completed his secondary school in Austria and the Military Academy in Greece. He worked as an officer with the carcass troops at the time of the Kingdom and continued to serve in the army even during the Nazi-fascist conquest. After the liberation of the country, he provided his assistance as a construction engineer, at various construction sites throughout Albania.
