With the decision of the Council of Ministers, on August 15, 1951, for the first time in our country, the dream of our renaissance, for the establishment of higher education institutions became a reality. In Tirana, that year the doors opened the High Pedagogical Institute, High Polytechnic Institute and Agricultural High Institute.
