In the diplomatic bargaining that took place in backstage, on January 14th, 1920, the diplomats of the major Western powers, handed to the Yugoslav representatives the Anglo-French – Italian plan, that was called “The issue of Adriatic”. According to this secret plan, was predicted the fragmentation of Albania between the neighboring states, Yugoslavia, Greece and Italy.
