On April 13th, 1926, in Milan, was concluded the agreement according to which the government the Ahmet Zogu gave to the Italian society “Sindicate Italiano Giaccimenti mineral Albanesi” the concession for exploitation of coal in Memaliaj mine, with a century and a half period and with the right of renewal of the agreement for another 30 years.
