The Commission of the Nation League on May 12th, 1922, made public the Final Information on Albania. It is opposed to the idea that Albanians, due to religious divisions, are not capable of leading a modern state. They, according to the information, “are joined by common customs, centuries-old traditions, and language.” It is clear in the information that “even though the changes in religious beliefs sometimes have impacts on domestic politics,” the fanatic manifestations so often in other countries, are very rare in Albania. There have been cases when clerics of the three religious faiths have visited mosques and churches together. The same idea is also expressed in a history book by some American authors, for Albanians in Albania and the US.
