In Prokup of Serbia, in 1616, was held the Interbalkan Assembly with the participation of the Albanians leaders, Serbs, Montenegrins and Macedonians. They aimed to coordinate the anti ottoman war of the enslaved peoples of the Balkans with the military operations of the European coalition. The Assembly was addressed to the Duke of Nerova and the King of Spain. But the hoped European assistance never came to the Albanians and Balkans.
