On February 11th, 1966 was promoted the satirical work of the writer Ramiz Kelmendi “Letra prej Ulqini” wrote against the nationalist violence of Serbs against Albanians their ethnic territories. The book opposed the deprivation of rights and fundamental freedoms as the Albanian education, the development of national culture, freedom of speech and conscience.
