In Dardha of Korca, on February 11th, 1909, was performed “Lufta e Trojes” in a shortened version adapted as a drama from the “Iliad” of Homer. This part was performed by young people under the direction of the teachers Ligor Suljoti and Qirjako Demba. This proves the development of culture in Dardha but also the national consciousness in those troubled times.
