In a letter sent to the Peace Conference of Paris, dated on April 11th, 1919, the patriots Spiro Kolea and Pandeli Çala, on behalf of the Lausanne Committee of Albanian immigrants in Switzerland, expressed the protest against the “imperialist diplomacy, which aims to undermine the independence and integrity of Albania “. The letter was published in the journal “L’Albanie”, of Lausanne.
