As a respond of barbarities of Serbs-Montenegrins, the people of Gjakova, took up arms. On October 10th, 1913, in the letter that Dan Hasani patriot has written highlights that “ the gun continues” and the victory is in our side, but the insurgents needed the help of the Government of Vlora, for the continuation of the liberation war.
