The government of Iliaz Vrioni started its activity on July 10, 1921. The cabinet consisted of Dhimitar Kacimba – Minister of Justice, Pandeli Evangjeli – Interior Minister, Tef Curani – Minister of Finance, Mehdi Frasheri – Minister of World Affairs Sotir Peci- Minister of Education and Selaudin Shkoza-Minister of War.
