In the official document of Sultan Hamiti, dated on December 10th, 1781, is mention for the first time the fair of St. Lleshi that was held in our country. We have developed other fairs and they have had a great importance, not only for the economic and commercial exchanges, but also for the cultural and traditional developments, because they returned in wide popular celebrations, in song and dance environments.
